Product Description

 Chin-ups / Dips Station - Steel Post - In Ground Mount

Description: Adult size, stationary chin-up/dips station. Completely galvanised after welding, then
finished with 70 micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10mm support plate
mounted on 200mm x 200mm main post. Fixture hardware - Stainless steel 304.

Instructions: Chin ups: Grip the top bar with both hands and pull your body upwards until your chin
reaches the bar. Lower and repeat. Dips: Grip the horozontal bars and jump up, so your body weight
is supported and your arms are locked. Slowly lower your body using your arms to form a 90-degree
angle. Slowly push back upwards.
