Activ8 - Shoulder Press - RSX Resistance and Fitness Wheel - Timber Post - In Ground Mount
SHOULDER PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:
Description: Adult size shoulder press with push/pull resistance. RSX resistance upto 30KG at
maximum deflect angel. Completely galvanised after welding, then finished with 70 micron epoxy
polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10mm support plate mounted on 200mm x 200mm
main post. Fixture hardware - Stainless steel 304. EPDM rubber handles with aluminium end locking
system.
Instructions: Sit facing forwards and grip the bars. Alternate pushing the bars away from the chest
and pulling the bars towards the chest.
FITNESS WHEEL INSTRUCTIONS:
Description: Adult size fitness spinner with 6 spring loaded Teflon resistance bearings and large
wheels from high grade PE panels. Completely galvanised after welding, then finished with 70
micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10mm support plate mounted on 200mm
x 200mm main post. Fixture hardware - Stainless steel 304.
Instructions: Place palms on rotating wheels. Turn wheels in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.
Lean in to generate resistance.
